Here at Bagus Jati we hope to introduce you to a small but very important aspect of the science of healing through a variety of Ayurvedic practices.
 
What Dosha are you?

Are you a firey Pitta, an Airy Vata or earthy Kapha?  Discover your Dosha and have a yoga plan tailor-made to suit your individual type. Enjoy a private two hour Ayurvedic inspired yoga lesson and have a personalized plan created for you to practice at home offering you valuable advice on diet, lifestyle and yoga practices to enable you to improve your well being.  Ayurveda gives us tools for living that we can apply to every aspect of our lives. 

Come and relax in our open air spa where our therapists offer Ayurveda inspired massages to suit everyone.  The food on our menu is grown in our organic garden and the menu is peppered with Ayurvedic dishes and drinks to help balance your wellbeing. Start your day with a nourishing breakfast and Ayurvedic tea, relax and enjoy the healing effects of the sunshine by the pool while sipping a juice tailormade for your own constitution and finish the day with a delicious Dosha balancing dinner specifically prepared to treat your out of balance system. Ayurveda regards food as medicine and we are being forever inspired here so our menu changes regularly both with the seasons and with any new knowledge offered to us.
