Cooled by natural breezes with spectacular view of the river valley, gardens and Mount Agung, Surya Restaurant provides the freshest products blended with herbs and spices for a scintillating and unforgettable dining experience. Fresh vegetables which is using at restaurant are grown organically on both our onsite garden and the sister farm resort Bagus Agro Pelaga.

A wide range of cuisines such as our signature healthy meals, authentic Balinese food and grilled menu are served in daily menus along with many option of specially-designed vegetarian / vegan and gluten-free menus. Further food restriction are available to be prepared by individual needs and detox diet program is tailored specially according to suggestion by our specialist doctor in our Detox package.

ISHWARI POOLSIDE CAFÉ

Hours: 09:00 – 18:00

Enjoy fresh juices and cocktails, lunch and snacks as you overlook the “Valley of Enchantment”. Ishwari Poolside Cafe offers daily complimentary afternoon tea and coffee between 15:00 to 16:00 and scheduled demonstration which shows you how to make Indonesian herbal drink “JAMU” and traditional Balinese desserts “Lak-lak”.
